Summary

This project involves the design of a novel and innovative framework for ascertaining trust in composed cloud services. A reputation management system will be specifically implemented by means of a set of techniques that deal with the end-to end establishment, management, and propagation of trust in composed cloud services. Additionally the important issue of bootstrapping composed services reputation will be addressed. The project results will provide the service sector with an efficient framework for engaging in cloud service compositions (i.e., partnerships), enabling them to use the proposed trust framework for cloud service selection for composed service delivery.

In addition to RMIT’s PhD entry requirements, candidates should have background in a Computer Science or a related discipline. Apart from the PhD scholarship, a top-up scholarship may be considered for a strong candidate.
