Balsam Alkouz

PhD student

Biography

Balsam Alkouz is a PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Athman. She is a master’s degree holder in computer science from the University of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates 2018. She also worked as a Research Assistant in the Data Mining and Multimedia Research Group under the Research Institute of Sciences and Engineering at the University of Sharjah. Alkouz’s interests focuses on Data Mining and Social Media Analysis but also includes Augmented and Virtual Reality technologies. She is a Women Techmakers lead and was a Google Developer Group manager in Sharjah.
