Service Mining in IoT-based Smart Homes

3 Aug 2017

Bing Huang and Athman Bouguettaya.

The aim of this project is to improve convenience for the occupants in the smart home. Intuitively, convenience can be considered as the benefits brought by the intelligent system (i.e., Cognitive Amplifier) which is able to recognize the occupant’s ongoing activities and respond proactively at the right time and in the right place. This reduces the occupant’s interactions with the IoT services.
